Last year was the first time that I went all out for our Christmas eve dinner and I really enjoyed it. So of course we had a repeat this year. As usual, I always have the desert figured out first; I didn't actually decide on the main course until just a couple days before.
I was very happy with the way it all turned out, I really out did myself this time. Here's the menu:

Spiced Honey Semifreddo with Dried Fruit and Almonds
